ELEVATE Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below and contact us at INFO@ELEVATETRAININGJAX.COM with any questions.
Returns
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Sale items and promotional sale orders are FINAL SALE.
- All international orders are FINAL SALE.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If ELEVATE provides a return label, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund/credit.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected.
Exchanges
- To exchange an item, please email INFO@ELEVATETRAININGJAX.COM with your order details.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and quality reasons:
- Socks
- Masks
- Patches
- Stickers
- Hats
- Beanies
Defective Items
If you believe you received a defective product:
- Contact us at INFO@ELEVATETRAININGJAX.COM
- Include clear pictures of the defect for evaluation.
- We can issue a replacement based on inventory & availability.
Shipping & Responsibility
- Customers can use a shipper of their choice or request a return label from ELEVATE (return label cost will be deducted from the refund/credit).
- To ensure your return is received, request a tracking number from your chosen shipping provider.
- ELEVATE is not responsible for lost returns or exchanges.
